Membership Terms

Program Overview & Eligibility

The eWatches Collector's Circle is a free membership program for individual customers aged 18+. Benefits are personal and non‑transferable. We may request reasonable identity confirmation (e.g., matching name/address) before applying benefits.

Tiers, Qualification & Status Window

Tiers are earned on a rolling 12‑month basis and reviewed monthly. Qualification methods (spend and/or order count) are defined in each tier's description. Status begins on the day the tier is earned and remains for 12 months. Soft‑landing: if you don't re‑qualify, we downgrade by at most one tier.

Counting Spend & Orders

We count net merchandise spend (price after discounts) on watches and accessories purchased from us, excluding taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and fees. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks reduce counted spend and may adjust tier status. Marketplace purchases fulfilled by us count; marketplace fees do not. Consignments do not count as purchases.

Time Zone & Deadlines

All time windows (early access, holds, SLAs) are measured in UTC time unless stated otherwise.

Exclusions & Eligibility of Items

Benefits generally apply to in‑stock pieces we own. We may exclude: consignments, special releases, items explicitly flagged as "no holds/discounts," and watches already listed as reduced/clearance.

Non‑Stacking & Priority of Benefits

Benefits do not stack unless we explicitly state otherwise. When multiple benefits could apply, we automatically apply the single best benefit for you.

Holds & Reservations (Global Rules)

Holds are temporary reservations (typically 48h) and may require a small refundable/convertible deposit. Holds are limited per tier (see tier pages) and are available only on eligible in‑stock items. One active hold per member unless we agree otherwise. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the hold automatically expires and the item is relisted.

Shipping & Delivery

Where a tier includes free express shipping, it covers our standard express, insured outbound service to your delivery address. Upgrades (e.g., weekend delivery) may incur surcharges. We ship to the address on your order; you're responsible for accurate delivery information. Customs, duties, and local taxes remain your responsibility.

Returns & Free Return Benefit

Our standard return window and inspection rules apply to all returns. Where a tier includes one free return per rolling 12 months (with a value cap, e.g., ≤ €1,500), we provide a prepaid return label and waive restocking for qualifying orders returned in original condition with all accessories. The free‑return counter resets on a rolling 12‑month basis. Additional returns within that period follow our standard terms. Wear, damage, or missing items may reduce or void the refund.

Services & Warranty

Service discounts (e.g., bench labor −10%) apply to labor performed by our workshop only; parts, consumables, external specialist work, shipping, and insurance are billed at standard rates. Warranty extensions apply only to watches we have fully serviced prior to sale and cover workmanship; they exclude wear‑and‑tear, shocks/impacts, water damage, magnetism, misuse, or third‑party intervention. Claims require return to our workshop for inspection.

Consignment Enhancements

Where offered, consignment benefits (fee reductions, fast‑track listing SLA) apply per consignment and do not stack with other promotions or minimum fee floors. Fast‑track SLA timing is measured from intake approval (post‑inspection & paperwork). If we miss the SLA, the stated fee rebate applies. Final pricing and platform selection remain at our discretion in consultation with the consignor.

Trade‑In / Buy Price Bonus

Trade‑in bonuses (e.g., +2% or +3%) are applied to our internal base buy price and are capped per watch as stated in tier descriptions. Bonuses apply only to watches we choose to purchase outright (not consignments). All offers are subject to physical inspection and verification.

Layaway

Where available, layaway requires a deposit (e.g., 30%) with a fixed payment schedule (e.g., up to 60 days). The watch is reserved at deposit. Deposits are applied to the purchase and are refundable only if we cancel or the watch is not as described; otherwise, missed deadlines may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture. One active layaway per member unless approved. Certain items may be excluded.

Valuation Pack & Valuation Updates

Valuation Packs and portfolio updates are indicative and intended for record‑keeping/insurance. They are not manufacturer certificates or formal appraisals. Values may change with market conditions and condition assessments. We may request updated photos or an inspection before issuing an update.

Communications & Consent

Perfekts-C Membership requires an active email subscription for Early Access and updates; unsubscribing will deactivate your membership (you can rejoin anytime). WhatsApp alerts (if offered) are optional and sent only with consent; reply STOP to opt out. Postal invites may be sent on an inform-and-opt-out basis per our Privacy Notice; we do not sell your personal data.

Data & Privacy

We store consent logs (timestamp, IP, user agent) and your preferences to operate the program. All personal data is handled per our Privacy Notice. You can request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Marketplace Sales & Platform Rules

If a sale begins on a third‑party marketplace, that transaction remains subject to the marketplace's rules and reporting. Membership benefits must not be used to circumvent platform terms.

Fair Use & Abuse

We reserve the right to limit or suspend benefits in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated missed holds, excessive returns, suspected flipping that conflicts with our policies). We may require prepayment, higher deposits, or decline benefits at our discretion where fair‑use limits are exceeded.

Changes, Suspension & Termination

Program terms, benefits, and tiers may change. We will post updates and, where required, notify members. We may suspend or terminate membership for misuse or policy violations. Unused benefits have no cash value.

Liability & Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with membership benefits is limited to the amount paid for the underlying product/service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
